A Seattle and Bellevue native, Lisa has deep roots in the San Juan Islands, where she spent summers visiting family on Cattle Point and working at Roche Harbor Resort. After a successful career at Nordstrom and as the owner of several Bellevue and Issaquah car dealerships, she developed a strong foundation in customer service, business management, and client loyalty.

With a background in interior design and a lifelong passion for real estate, Lisa purchased, remodeled, and sold twenty homes in Bellevue before relocating to San Juan Island in 2020. Since joining Coldwell Banker San Juan Islands, Inc., she has achieved over $17 million in sales, representing both buyers and sellers across the islands.

Lisa’s design expertise and hands-on approach set her apart—she frequently assists with staging, deep organizing, and move coordination, helping clients prepare homes for market or create inviting spaces after purchase.
